Coughing, et al: Here’s how to deal with lung problems

  • Drink 8-10 glasses of water on the daily
  • Make it a habit to drink salabat
  • Eat tinola — the chicken soup and ginger components help
  • Drink 500mg of Vitamin C regularly
  • Get over-the-counter cough medicine.
  • Rest frequently
