  1. As much as possible, avoid backbreaking and strenuous exercises. When you hit the gym, wear proper gym clothing and nicely-fitted rubber shoes.

  5. Keep yourself properly hydrated throughout the day. Dr. Willie Ong recommends drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily.
  6. Eat foods rich in potassium, calcium, and magnesium such as milk, banana, potatoes, and nuts.
